Who This Applies To

These terms apply to anyone purchasing a template from the Noor Designs shop or engaging Noor Designs for a brand identity or website design project. By purchasing a product or signing a project agreement, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Noor Designs offers two types of services: digital products (templates and resources sold through the shop) and custom design services (brand identity and website design projects, delivered on a Done For You basis under a signed project agreement).

Payments

Digital products are paid in full at checkout. Service projects are paid in instalments as outlined in your signed agreement, with the first instalment due at signing before work begins. All service payments are made via Wise or Stripe.

Refunds | Digital Products

All template and digital product sales are final. Because these are instant-access digital files, no refunds or exchanges are offered once a purchase is complete and the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, contact hello@noordesigns.co and it will be sorted directly.

Refunds | Services

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your place in the project calendar. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, all work completed to that point is billed in full, and a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project value applies on top. Deliverables that haven’t yet been presented are not released. Full ownership and usage rights of any materials, including anything already presented, do not transfer until final payment is received in full, regardless of whether the project is completed or cancelled. Full terms are outlined in your signed project agreement.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

For service projects, all design files, source files, and concepts remain the property of Noor Designs until final payment is received. Full ownership transfers to the client only once the project is paid in full. Noor Designs retains the right to use completed work in her portfolio and promotional materials at any time. For digital products, purchasing a template grants you a license to use the files for your own brand. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as original design work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Noor Designs for a service project agree to provide requested content and materials on time, submit feedback through the Notion client portal in one consolidated round, and communicate via email as outlined in the project agreement. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials may affect the project timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Noor Designs is not responsible for outcomes related to how a client uses delivered files, including business results, sales, or brand performance. Design work is provided as agreed in the project scope, and results depend on many factors outside the designer’s control.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site or ongoing engagement of services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
