Purpose: To define the brand's world and story, providing a clear vision for investor pitches and product development.
Process:
Brand questionnaire + strategy call to lock brand name and direction.
Two Creative directions built from that strategy and the founders' own pinterest inspiration
Final brand identity presented in a brand guide book, with mockups showing packaging and how the brand can be used accross multiple platforms
Timeline: 2-3 weeks from confirmed start date.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND TIMELINE
50% to begin: 700 GBP (non-refundable)
50% upon final delivery and release of usage rights: 700 GBP
Payment method: Stripe (+2.5% card fee) or Wise bank transfer (no extra fees)

FAQ.
Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
I can't guarantee results like a sold-out launch or landing a specific retailer, no designer honestly can. What I can guarantee is a brand identity built on real strategy, not guesswork. Your deposit is non-refundable and locks in your start date. If a project is cancelled partway through, all work completed to date is billed in full, plus a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project value applied on top. Usage rights to the work don't transfer until final payment is made in full. Full details are laid out in your contract before anything begins, so nothing here is a surprise later.
Can I tweak the deliverables in this package?
Not usually. Each package is built to include everything a brand needs at that stage, identity or website, so I don't remove pieces or split the pricing. If there's something extra you want on top, we scope and quote that separately.
Do you offer discounts?
No. Pricing stays consistent across every client and reflects the actual level of work. I don't offer discounts for testimonials or for any other reason.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, clients are based across different countries and time zones. Payment is made via Wise, and all communication happens over email so time zones never slow the process down.
What do you need to get started?
Once you're signed on, you'll get access to your project portal where you'll complete a brand questionnaire before we begin. If there's something specific you want me to see or walk through, note it there and have the files or links ready. From that point, the project moves into strategy and your first live presentation.
