What actually happens in the audit?
A focused 45-minute live call where I go through your brand and website and tell you exactly what's working, what's breaking the cohesion, and what to fix first. Bring any questions about your brand, your website, or your business and I'll answer them before we're done.
Is this just a sales pitch for a bigger project?
No. You get real, specific feedback whether or not you ever work with me again. If a full project makes sense afterward, we'll talk about it, but that's not what the 45 minutes is for.
What if I haven't launched yet, can I still book this?
This one's built for brands that already exist, a real product on the market, not an idea still taking shape. If you're pre-launch, fill out the enquiry form instead and tell me where you're at.
Do I get anything to keep afterward?
Yes, a step-by-step action plan on exactly what to do next. You're not leaving with a page of notes you have to make sense of on your own, you're leaving with an order of operations.
What's your refund and reschedule policy?
